Here's my feeler, now that 62 beetle has found a good new home, I'd like to try to find the same for my authentic Meyers Manx buggy, many appearances at local cruise in's, fall cruise's to Guelph with Greg, and gang, as well as June Jitter in Niagara... runs good with dual Kadrons on a stock 1600 dual port, new heads, will have by end of June new ceramic exhaust.. installed this spring new adjustable beam, bushings and shocks, master cylinder, body wears older custom paint with ghost flames on hood, comfy jeep seats, new BFG's all corners, Weld drag lite rims, car shows and goes down road well, have a 07 appraisal for 17k... will start with offer's to suit 2010 economic times, lets say below my investment @12,500... realistic offer's will be listened to, perhaps parting out as well... photos forwarded to interested parties, contact btaffs@cogeco.ca

Just signed up with HotVWs today to be a dealer for them. Starting off with 5 issues and month, for a darn good price! First month will be June I think. So don't go to Chapters or Indigo, come to me!!! There may be enough of a discount that I can mail them out to whoever needs one for less than you can buy it for in the store. But I'll have to wait and see.

Set of 4 Center Line brand aluminum 2 piece rims.
2 fronts are 15" x 3.5" and 2 rears are 15" x 5.5"
Each rims weighs 12.4 lbs
Date code on each 3.5" rim is 12/29/03 and 01/09/03
Date code on each 5.5" rim is 10/06/04 and 01/06/04
all 4 center caps included as well as 16 chrome mounting nuts and washers.

Perfect condition- no curb rash, no tire machine scratches, no corrosion. Each rim could use 15 minutes with some polish and a cloth, that's it. Brake dust on the inside of the rims (back especially) from being on a car with 4 wheel disc brakes.

These are the rims from Laurence's '62 ragtop. I would like to see $400 for the complete set. They are good for a race car, but stick out a bit on a street car. Here is a pic of the rims on Laurence's car. He has a 4" narrowed beam as well!!!

If you run widened fenders they would fit well.

I personally spoke to Pat Downs at CB Performance about the distributor and he played a large part in it's development. He has sold many on engines he has built, and if he stands behind them, then so do I. I have one ready to be installed on my '65 bus, that I will likely do over the weekend.

1972 super beetle for sale . Fresh import from California / Arizona . Very solid un- molested , un- modified , accident free car still wearing it's original paint . Car run's strong { I am told it has a rebuilt motor } , has tight steering and brakes , new carb , new battery , nearly new tires , good strut's with no leaks , solid pans and battery tray , perfect aprons . good interior .
I bought this car for a German look project I was going to start but the wife has talked me out of it for now. This is a very solid hard to find original car that would be a great candidate for a resto , german look or drive as is with it's patina paint.
We all know what it cost's to repair rusty cars so why not start with something solid .
This car has been in Canada in my garage approx. 3 months . I am not desperate to sell but just trying to make my wife happy.
Asking $4995.00 but will entertain reasonable offers. {Reasonable being the key word }
I have a trailer and may assist with delivery depending on location .

I have 4 brand new, never used, still with the original labels, Slam Specialties RE-6 air bags. Paid $500 for all 4. Project fell thru, so I need to liquidate these. Any offers?

Things you should know about this car:
- this is a project that is 80% done, all the parts are there I plan on putting it back together and selling it as a driver, but if you want a deal pick it up now
- pan was off and all rust repaired with steel in 1999, presently the car is solid not crumbling
- The body has been customized all over, shaved doorhandles, nostrils, you name it
- floors are all fiberglass
- hads chromed out 1600cc dp
- has rebuilt 901 5 speed installed
