Tuned Perfection Air-cooled VW Performance

I changed my oil this spring. I am using 10w40. I took it for it's first long hwy drive and the temp gauge was at about 190-200 and the oil pressure was at about 10. I'm concerned about the oil pressure. I never paid any attention to it before. I'm not sure if this is normal or should I increase the weight of oil used?

Cruising around town the pressure stay steady around 35-40 usually.
