There are a few things I have found about the forums set-up that I need to share to try to make this thing work.
First, when posting a reply to a topic, please reply to the last reply. This will set the replies in order. If the replies get too long, start a new post.
Next, the way the forum is set up (that I cannot modify) is that each topic or reply has a "Subject". If you are simply replying to a post, just put a period (.) in the subject line. Unless you actually want to title your reply.
I'll add more to this as I see new developments in the posts.

If you wish to have images in your message you have 2 options. One, is you can make an attachment and attach the photo. Users will be able to click on the attachment and see the photo, but the image will not show up as a pic in your message. Second option is using HTML code to put the pic in your message. If using a photo hosting site such as Photobucket, you want to copy and paste the "HTML Code". If the pic show up as too big, either delete it and make it an attachment instead (as long as it is not too large to be an attachment) or let me know and I will resize it in your post.

Couldn't post pics.

Tried the HTML code from photobucket, and IMG code. Didn't work.

After you make your "comment" you should see a thing in red underneath the Comment box that says "Input format". Click on those words and make sure "Full HTML" is chosen. That should work.

private account

Pete, you know more about this shit than I do, but when I go into Photobucket to look at your pics it says it is private and I can't view it. My account is not like that, anyone can see the pics. Is that part of the problem???

.

Never a problem before. I just cut paste the code from my photobucket links.

I'll play with it some more.

I refreshed the page, and the HTML coded pic came up. It's huge......
