5th Annual End of Summer Cruise- Sept 18??
I am looking at possibly doing my End of Summer Cruise on September 18th this year.
As many of you know, I have moved my shop up to Sharon, Ontario (just north of Newmarket). I did not know if I would do a cruise this year, and still don't know for sure. However, I see there is a car show, and numerous other happenings up here on September 18, so I think if I were to do a cruise this year, this is how it would go- come to my house for about noon. I'll cook up some burgers, everyone can bring a salad or dessert and drinks. Eat and talk, then head out about 1:30. Cruise around the area for about an hour and a half with a couple stops here and there. Get back into town for 3pm and hit the car show for a bit. There will be a live band at the show performing 50's and 60's music as well.

Sorry I didn't make it Greg. Throttle cable broke just south of Barrie. After changing it on the side of the 400 I was a little hard on the car & I think I either broke the release brg or dropped one of the springs from the clutch disc. The poor car now has a weird scraping sound when you release the clutch. I decided to drive it home instead of breaking it on the cruise.

Cruise was not overly well attended. I'm going to stop doing them now. I did however, have 9 people to the house for the BBQ, or just to stop by and say hi. All in all a good day.
